Ordered from there today, got a medium sized order, the person over the phone complained to the other worker about how big the order was. We've gotten larger orders from here no problem, and today it was such a problem that we got additude from them. Got the food on time and the order was messed up. We usually go there when we need a difference from our go-to but now I'm not sure if we'll be back

I work at Albany Memorial, 5 minutes away, the food is cold when delivered. Ordered Bacon, Chicken, Ranch pizza slice, hardly any Ranch, a piece of Chicken all for $4.. not worth it.. would be nice to have delivered warm.. plus 10 of us ordered 3 of us wanted slices, the person taking the order was not paying attention and gave us personal pizzas at $8 a shot which again, cold and no chicken, a dribble of ranch. Do not order from here if you are at the hospital. I love NY & Labella's is so much better

Tonight was the first time that I got pizza and wings from Big Nic's and it was really good. Great local pizza and wings. Almost as good as the taste was the temp of the food when it was delivered, "burn your fingers" hot!! This is my new favorite pizza place.

The service is attrocious. I ordered in store and didn't get my food until an hour later. My lunch break was wasted. They constantly have people waiting around because they're so slow. Maybe consider hiring more people. Especially on days where they offer specials. I'll probably end up not going back here. 1/10 for sure.
