Bad, slow and impolite service. Bad quality for the price and quite dirty place.

Too expensive for what you get. Bad food, worst french fries I ever got, slow service, etc. Yes it's at the Greyhound but still. Yeah sure it's not gonna be a fancy restaurant but it could be at least a decent fast food place. Which it isn't.

Really people,
This is grey hound bus service.
Not red lobster or the Parish house.
You have to expect garbage at grey hound and that's what you'll get.
Suggestion,
Take am track and have a much better experience over all. Or rent a car and drive.
All better than taking Frey hound and being treated like cattle!
I hope your next trip is better.

This is the so-called restaurant in the Greyhound bus station. They offer cheap diner type food including a breakfast special and burgers, and by cheap I mean poor quality. The food is rather expensive for the actual value you're getting.
My husband ordered a hot dog, which in the picture came with relish, but there was no relish offered or any other toppings besides ketchup and mustard. I tried to order pancakes but was told they didn't have any, I assumed they we're just out for the day, so I ordered the 'breakfast special' instead. It comes with eggs, hashbrowns, choice of sausage or bacon, and a biscuit, according to the menu. When I got it, there were 2 slices of white toast, but no biscuit. I asked the guy working there about it and he said they do toast now instead of a biscuit. I told him he needed to change the menu then because I thought I was getting a biscuit. I'm pretty sure that's false advertising. I start eating and notice the large puddle of grease in the box, but I have a bus to catch. Finish eating on the bus, getting to the last couple bites of my eggs and Crunch! Yep, eggshells. Not just one little piece either, I ate that one and found 2 others.
The only guy working there is about and helpful and polite as a pile of manure, and has little if any culinary training.
My advice is avoid this place at all costs. If you're stuck at the bus station and have to eat here, stick with the grab and go yogurts, or anything that's not actually made here.
