Horrible customer service. Inconsistent food. Either great or really bad. Like I got freezer burned rubbery chicken in a chicken parm dinner and the guy says "yeah I know I told them (the cooks) it was no good but they don't listen"! So they knowingly sent bad chicken! And then gave me a hard time about replacing it! Second time sent inedible burned wings and a pizza that smelled of yeast so bad my whole house smelled of it. The girl that answered when I called told me I was full of it that she made the wings and they were perfect and the dough was made fresh that day and I was the only person who had complained. Will NEVER order again! No respect for customers, don't care if you're satisfied!

WORST ABSOLUTE WORST service ever. I called in a order at 11:05 when they opened. Requested food be delivered as a gift to a company no later then 12. At 12:30 I called when the plant I ordered food didnt get food. Now my treat has become a issue. Lunch was 30 mins long and they had missed it. The "manager" informed me it was right there. At 1:00 I found out it had not come. I called and they said the were sorry. I told them I wanted my money back to deliver the food and apologize to these people for messing up there day and our nice surprise. He never delivered the food. Refused to honor the delivery because he provided my $ back. Which god knows I deserved. Now our surprise and nice gesture has fallen to shreds. The manager at the desk deserves a metal.....for the poorest customer service in the capital region.!!!! Dont eat here dont give these people your $$$$$.
