This is our go-to pizza place in Albany! The staff are always very friendly, the pizza slices are huge, they use only fresh and a wide variety of ingredients and the dough they use tastes amazing. Also try their garlic cheese bread! An overall great pizzeria!

I've been here plently of times and even bought pizza and wings for company parties because it's close to my work place. With that said, it's gone down hill and the owner has gotten greedy and is VERY RUDE... I called to order the speacial listed on there website. They tried to overcharge me by $6. When I questioned the owner he yelled at me, told me he is cancelling my order and then hung up on me! What a way to run a business. Sad but they lost mine and my company's business and I wouldn't recommend anyone else dealing with them. The food is mediocre and I mainly ordered from them when other places we're really busy. Not worth it anymore. I'm sure the owner will pop up on this review with some excuse how this is my fault. He's a real class act!

I wish there was the ability to give these great folks MORE than Five Stars ! Being an Albany native, unfortunately, this was my first time ordering from I Love NY Pizza on Northern Blvd, but it will now be our forever Pizza place. They are conveniently located in the little plaza right across from Memorial Hospital - Don't ask MapQuest for directions like I did because for some reason it sends you off in another direction.
We ordered the Family Special of a 12 cut 18" Pizza with 20 Wings and a 2 liter bottle of Soda. We added Extra Cheese and Pepperoni. Both the pizza and wings were AMAZING !!! LOTS of Cheese on the pizza (which no one ever does anymore) and BIG FAT DELICIOUS Wings ! I just can't say enough. I called to complement them after consuming and spoke with Joey and his Son Christopher - Both incredibly friendly and appreciative of the kudos.
Don't bother calling anywhere else - Just give them a try - I promise you will be impressed !

This is the first time I have been to this restaurant. I'm really surprised at how disappointing the pizza was. I was in the area and saw that they had a great rating on Google so I tried it out. I asked for extra cheese and pepperoni which is my usual order at most pizza restaurants. Unfortunately they took the extra cheese order way too far. It was almost an inch of thick mozzarella. If you prefer a ton of cheese then it might work but it was quite a lot. I also asked for a little extra sauce but there was barely any on the pizza at all. My son got boneless wings and said they were just ok. Maybe it was just an off night?
