Service keeps getting worse here for lunch. One employee behind the counter doing everything. Where is the rest of the staff! The woman behind the counter is amazing and engaged but it must be so frustrating as an employee to have NO help at 11:50 at the start of the lunch rush.

First experience there a few weeks ago (weekday) was excellent- staff handled lunch crowd easily & quickly, tables were wiped down & loved the food. Subsequent visit on 9/9 was not as good- limited staffing, all tables were dirty/food on them, some food items were not available (container was empty), napkin holders were empty- very dirty. Staff was polite but stressed

This is the second time we ate here. Both times the food selection was limited to just ground beef. No chicken no carnita or steak was ready. All the sides were low with all of them contaminated with other sides...
No where to sit because all the tables are dirty and the staff seems overworked with no direction. And the management seems to be nonexistent to prepare the staff or food for customers.
My wrong doig was burnt and our other orders were made wrong.
DO NOT EAT HERE... unless you want your dinner ruined...

If I could give this location zero stars and a referral to the department of health I would. Brought my friend/fam to this place because I enjoyed the one I went to in Long Island and I was embarrassed and disappointment. The place was empty, which should have been a major sign. The beans and meat looked Dry. There was a mess of food all around where the food is contained. There service was slow and HORRIBLE. The floors and tables where you sit looked like they haven't been cleaned in forever. The entire place was filthy all the way down to the area where they prepare the food. I am new to the area, but I will never spend my money there going forward. We ended up not eating our food because the thought of all that mess irritates my stomach. Department of health, please visit and take a gander, I'm sure you will find that it needs to be shut down.
