After multiple attempts at making this my go-to for pizza, I've finally given up. There's no hope: UAlbany is literally the only reason this place exists. All their (inattentive, loud, lazy, rude) employees are all UAlbany kids and the VAST majority of their business is fast deliveries to to the dorms. When 90% of your customers' meals are strictly for convenience and prepaid by their parents (or the taxpayers), why would the owner bother putting in an effort? He has no incentive to, especially since he'll never keep the same customer or employee for more than 4 years. Easier just to cheapskate everything and save the money.
Being that close to a big state college is basically a license to print money, even if you're terrible and lazy, which this place definitely is. It reminds me a lot of a prison cafeteria staffed by inmates: nobody respects the food, their job or the customers, but the customers don't care because it's free and they don't really have a choice. Notice how the older 1-star reviews say the same thing? Nothing will ever change here.
There's other decent Pizza Huts around the Albany area, but this one is among the worst I've ever been to in my life. I'll never go back. The place across the street is much better. I get the feeling they care if people don't eat there, for example...

My pastor came in a tray with no lid and so they threw it in a small cardboard box used for cinnasticks. Pasta cheese and sauce all over the box and not in the tray as it should be.

I’d give it no stars. I went in there and ordered a small pizza and they said it wouldn’t take long. And I almost waited 40 minutes for A SMALL PIZZA. It should take ten. The service was terrible! They were just fooling around and not doing anything until we said something, I think that’s when they stuck it in the oven. They were doing the delivery orders first.

delivery 30 minutes late. No one picks up the phone for the last 30 minutes. These people are the worst.

The employees are really helpful and fast. They are always ready to greet me when I walk in and quick to give me my food. I always feel at home going there.
