I really like their pizza. Their service is always great, very kind and courteous workers. Haven't had much trouble with them at all. Good sandwiches for sure!

Let me start by saying the food is Great! The service is the absolute opposite. I find when I call I am put on hold for at least 5 minutes. Even with picking up the food the order is never ready in the time given. I hate to say it, bit I will never order from this establishment again.

We moved here three years ago and loved Spinners at first. As time went on, we had worse and worse experiences with them. You order for pick up and they tell you a certain time, leave your house 10 minutes after they say it will be ready, you’ll still be waiting. Forget about delivery, it takes wayyy longer. We did it once and never will again. Their prices went up and their quality went way down since moving to the new location. The pizza is thick in spots, and paper thin in others. Super greasy, yet barely any sauce and cheese. Most recently we ordered for pick up, were told 45 minutes, left our house 5 minutes after that 45 minutes mark to be told our order was never brought to the kitchen. When we asked as to why they just kept saying “it just didn’t make it to the kitchen” and it would be 15 more minutes. They offered to credit us money to our account, and we said don’t bother we won’t be ordering their again. Finally agreed to give us our money back. There’s so many other pizza places in the area that are far more consistent and better quality. Spend your money at those places. Otherwise be prepared for an hour and a half wait for a small pick up order.

Since the move to the new location the food has been below mediocre. I went right after they moved and decided on leniency towards the menu and service due to that. Since then I have been back 2-3 times and nothing has changed. If anything the food has become more lackluster. I ordered a steak sandwich, BURNT, and then I ordered wings, SLIMY, supposed to be crispy. It's too bad, used to be a good local place to get a good meal at a decent price.

Food is pretty good..I love the mozzarella sticks with raspberry sauce. BUT there's this skinny short white guy who delivers and he is super rude I probably won't be ordering again any time soon because I don't want him here again he has a negative energy and doesn't even look you in the eye but I wonder how many other people have had a similar experience with this guy. He'll just walk up to the door and stand there, no knock or anything & one time he just left the food at the door and called to tell me it was there from his car. There's another guy who delivers who is the complete opposite super sweet..I don't know his name either but he looks like he could be Hispanic..I could be wrong though...the other guy could learn ALOT from him honestly. No shade at spinners because the rest of the people there are usually cool.
