I went today for a pedicure. When I walked in I had to wait about 10 minutes. The lady seemed very nice and actually sat me sooner than what I had expected. She had stated that the wait time was much longer than usual. Once I sat in the chair to soak my feet I ended up waiting another 20 minutes. When the lady started to work on me, she looked at me like I was crazy because I asked for gel instead of regular nail polish for my toes. There is a special there they call "happy feet" that is offered for $24.99. It's supposed to last 45 minutes long and includes a head, neck, and hand massage with the pedicure. That's a great deal if you ask me! I received none of the above mentioned and I also ended up paying $40 for my pedicure because I wanted gel nail polish instead of traditional nail polish. I did not receive any head, neck, or hand massage, and I also did not receive any type of dry skin removal on my heels during the "pedicure". I ended up having to go home and redo the whole pedicure. Minus the painting. Needless to say, I will NEVER go there again. Nor will I EVER recommend them to anyone else.

I went there for the first time yesterday. The pricing was good. The person who did the ANC on my nails took his time and they came out great. Facility was clean.

The first few times I went her I was hooked, the atmosphere was upbeat and everyone was friendly. But a couple times ago I got a man (you could tell her was new)!! He hacked away at my nails and they broke within a day or so. Then I met Jenny! SHE IS AMAZING! My ANC lasted about a month! Incredible! I will never go back to the newer man but Jenny, absolutely! Thank you Jenny for making up for the recent failure!!! I will see her every time!!!

I decided to give this salon a try, and I took my niece with me. Although there was no wait, and the prices were fair, our service experience was not that great. The staff were not very friendly and did not make us feel welcome. Personally, this is something that I look for when I have a random person touching my hands and nails. On top of that, they wanted you to pay before they were even half way done with the job. Not a horrible salon, but would defiantly not make a second visit.
