Tantrums Spa Boutique is a nice place and the service was okay. I do have a few complaints that could honestly possibly help them to better serve their customers. When I arrived with my friend and our daughters, the staff weren't very welcoming. They weren't rude, but they weren't as welcoming as you would expect a place that caters to little girls would be. The staff who were providing services to other little girls looked as if they didn't want to be there. One girl had her own headphones in listening to her own music and not engaging in any form of conversation with the little girls. One of my biggest pet peeves is appearance, which leads me to my last complaint. I think they should dress up more when they are catering to making little girls look and feel like little princesses. One of the staff, who I think was the owner, had on seat pants with timberland boots. Some of the other staff were dressed down and very casual. I personally think they should be more dolled up, maybe not extremely, but a little dolled up so that little girls want to look the same. Think of Mac and how all of the staff dress up with their makeup done!
Other than these things, I did like Tantrums Spa Boutique and I really love the idea behind it. I wouldn't mind taking my daughter every now and then, but I would want more excitement from the staff their about what they are doing.
