This use to be my number one transportation route to Albany, but they hiked the prices out of nowhere and it's not worth it for the seating nor the ride! Sometimes it's too closed in and crowded and it stinks depending on where you sit because the bathroom is smelly....but the air was good because the cold air knocked the smell for the most part, and that's what made me deal with the ride. But these prices need to go back to $15 round trips because it's not worth the Greyhound prices they are trying to charge.

The Bathroom could be smelling good and working condition and bus could be cleaner!!Get what you pay for At $40 Dollars I think it should be a little cleaner and smelling Way better done it does mainly that bathroom.......That's one reason I stopped taking The Chinese bus!

Dirty place, bus are dirty and staff is rude, barely speak english and they dont clean anything

Bus picked us up 1 1/2 hours LATE. There was no explanation or compensation. And when we were 4 minutes late to return bus, it was gone and there were no more busses for the night and staff was useless. Bus was crowded, loud, people were talking loud the whole ride, smart phones playing music and movies, bathroom odors were throughout the and entire bus, and the experience was all around unpleasant. DON'T TAKE THIS BUS OR ANY FOX BUS COMPANY BUS. Police pulled over first 2 busses for inspection. Too bad they didn't take them off the road and out of business. May be cheap, but carefully read the Terms and Agreements BEFORE you sign. If you die on a Fox Co. bus, they will take NO responsibility. BEWARE!!
