If I could put a negative 100 stars on this theatre I would..

it was Veterans Day and my husband is a Iraq veteran . He wanted to see “ thank you for your service “ . I took him to dinner and planned to take him to see this movie. We drove 1.5 hours to this movie since the theatre close didn’t have it playing. We bought our tickets bought snacks from the concession stand and headed to the movie.. we were then notified that we couldn’t take in our 5 month old son who was in his carrier sound asleep into this rated R movie.. we were advised to go to the costumer service desk to get a refund. “STEPH” is the girl that helped us she was very rude not accommodating. She is very unprofessional and needs to learn to deal properly with people in a sympathetic way. We explained to her that we were never told that we couldn’t take him in. She didn’t care roller her eyes at us. She refunded our money. Seems like this is a bit of a discrimination when I Breast feed my son. Also which is the most disturbing to me is that my husband served this country just to be treated like this ... This is place is a disgrace and a huge joke...

Six stars!!! I am disabled and was impressed at how nice this movie theater is. They have access for the disabled. The staff is helpfull and me and my family really like it here. The staff helped me bring my food into the theater. I really appreciate your help.

I Love Regal its the only place i go to watch movies. If you get the Regal card you will earn points for free stuff including tickets. This year alone i have earnex and used 10 free tickets.

I love coming here. The experience has always been superb. I love the fact you can reserve seats so just in case your running Late added bonus. Snacks are always great as well

Just finished hosting my sons birthday party at Regal Winrock Stadium 16 movie theatre. It was a wonderful experience. Not only did Paul and Rachel help me with planning the party but Paul gave me tips on what to bring and what would be the best things for me to serve our guests. They were attentive throughout the party and even allowed us to come early to get set up. Rachel checked on us multiple times and made ordering the food hassle free. There were seats reserved for us in the theatre and the party room was completely decorated when we arrived.

The price was also incredibly reasonable. I wasn't sure if getting the room made sense for us at first, I almost didn't book it but I'm really glad that I did. I have three kids, this won't be the last time we host a party at this theatre. Thank you for doing an awesome job!
