Melton a Burton DDS PA

I Absolutely LOVE Dr Burt Melton & his staff. He is more than professional, he is very personable as well. His diagnosis & treatments are accurate, and quick. He cares so much for his patients, how they feel & their quality of treatment. He even makes available his cell phone number for when the office is closed. I don't know any other dentist that is there for their patients to that extent & I have known & worked for plenty of them in the past. I am retired now, however; if I were in the job market, I would definitely want to work in his office. His staff is just as amazing as well. You can tell that they all get along very well with one another, which is often rare in other offices. I will keep him as my dentist & highly recommend him as well.

I loved this office!! I had my teeth cleaning here and I was treated like family. The staff knew exactly what to do with my insurance. Also Dr. Melton is so so so nice and an expert at what he does.

I needed a crown and Dr melton had bought the business from my dentist , I had just been seeing a great teeth cleaning person
I wish I had gone somewhere else for the crown
Everything seem to be going well but the moment he had applied glue and was pressing the crown on my prepared tooth , his son appeared and asked daddy to "check position "on his patient ,, Dr Melton jumped up to go help his son , and left his tech who I could see was scrambling to get the crown in position and cleaning up the glue before it set up
It was never right!
I felt as if the tooth was taller than anything else in my mouth and was hitting first
I went back six times , and between him grinding on my healthy teeth to try and make his crown fit( he was nervous to keep grinding on the crown ) he told me to " quit playing with it " that was it !!
The tooth was uncomfortable everyday all day ,
I finally went to another dentist who could see the crown was to tall in my mouth , cut it out an replaced it ,, now it's fine , how Dr Melton can claim to help people with a mouthful of teeth when in the eight times I saw him he couldn't help me with one
Oh he kept my 1800 dollars also

I have mixed feelings about Dr. Melton. His staff was amazing but I didn't leave their office fully satisfied. I had an implant done & I was kind of rushed out of there so I could make it to my Orthodontist appt so by the time I got a real good look at my new million $ tooth I noticed that I could see the metal part under the tooth. I'm kind of afraid to go back to have it redone, repaired whatever needs to be done to make it look normal because everytime I go in for an appt he seems to find something else that needs urgent care in my mouth. He's a nice doctor but I'm just not satisfied:(

I need to mention my visit at Dr. Meltons office. When I first walked into the office the atmosphere and professionalism from his staff made me feel at ease. I was treated exactly as I was expecting when I sat in the chair. I have a lot of work needed and Dr. Melton took his time giving me options and a true understanding of what is desperately needed to have the smile I have been searching for. His office staff sat down with me and went over payment options and worked with me the whole way. I am a very happy guy with my first visit and will not be my last. I actually enjoy going to a dentist now. Thank you to Dr. Melton and your entire professional staff. I would recommend anyone who is in need of making their smile matter go see him.
