No wait. Friendly staff. Insurance didn't work here (United Health) but charges weren't exorbitant and in my mind was worth being seen no wait right before they closed. Thanks team!

The staff was entirely professional, and I would recommend these doctors over ANY in NM. Can't wait till i can make this office my primary.. thanks and praise to Rio grand urgent care...

This is my new home for medical care. I was able to walk in and get the friendly and personal help from Ms. Becky I was looking for without having to make an appointment or sitting crowded waiting room.

Everyone is super nice. There wasn't a wait and I was seen in a matter of minutes! I am definitely coming back and I would recommend this place to anyone not wanting to wait hours at the doctor's but wants a professional opinion. I walked in and out with a prescription in 30 minutes! Totally worth my time and it's in a good location and lots of parking in the back.

I am a 55yr old CDL truck driver & I was down to my last day of my current DOT Medical card. I've been driving simi trucks for over 30yrs, I've had to take MANY DOT PHYSICALS! I've never had a better experience doing so than I had today at HippoCare Urgent Care. The staff was friendly & FAST! I will return here to renew my Medical card every two yrs for as long as I hold a CDL license. Thank you to the friendly & professional folks who work there.
