The urgent care i didnt like at all but i had a different appointment about something else and got doctor joseph bish and he's amazing. Ill pick him again if i got to choose.

Lady at the admissions desk was very rude and acted as if she shouldn't be bugged. Wait time was very short, and my doctor and medical staff were very friendly and helpful

Terrible woman at the admission desk--old would-be blond. She , ON PURPOSE, might us missed an appointment time . She did not do a paper work first. She approached us with the attitude. She should be fired right away. I am sending my complaint to the director of the clinic.

Great Doctors,Nurses, and office staff. Friendly and prompt. Urgent care is okay for small things. If you think you are having a heart attack, call an ambulance. The only negative is as to why does Kaseman not invest on the WestSide. Small clinic for so many people. Who knows? No. Really. Who knows? Dr.Probasco was a great find. He listens and follows through. All this after my other GREAT Doctor from Kaseman retired. I feel Blessed to have been able to find two great Doctors at Kaseman.

Nice admissions person, did the best she could. URGENT, NOT SURE. 4 hour wait. Dominic who did initial vitals, very nice and checked on me frequently while waiting to see Doc. Doctor was, excellent
Clear explanation, did not treat me as a number or rush thru exam, left confident of assessment.
