I went on 10/09/17 with family for my wife's birthday. It was a slow monday night and we were a party of seven. My wife and I have been here but it was the first time for everyone else. The server was great can't complain. The horrible experience I had was that our food, for the entire table, took 50 minutes to come out. The meals were not printed to the cooks, at least that's what the manager said. According to her they have issues with tickets printing in the back and that they are actually having to get a new system. So I ask if that's the case and you guys already know this has been an issue wouldn't you think to tell your servers to hand tickets directly to the cooks??? What also made it worse was that the manager was not even apologetic or asked if there was anything she could do. I would never recommend this location nor choose as a top Italian place to go eat.

Very nice place for Italian food. I've been there many times. However, the restaurant could improve on the aspect of service when there are a lot of people in the restaurant. One time, I ordered a pizza. It was very quiet and nice environment. However, the pizza didn't come to me until more than an hour later. Also, the pizza was cold. Another time, there were a lot of people because it was a graduation night. My waiter only stopped by a couple times, to give me the food and the check. She didn't chack for refills or more bread. This restaurant has great food, and everytime I go, I face the difficult question of what I will get. There's just the need of service improvement for it to be a five star.

This is one of the better Buca's that I've been to. We were stopping in town overnight as we traveled across the country. The lady who sat us was very friendly and made the experience fun by really presenting their restaurant with enthusiasm. The food was good and the bread never ran out.

Great place to take your family. Food is so delicious! The manger was super nice his name was tony I believe. He jumped in and helped the server, made sure our food came out perfect. It was my first time eating there and tony was there to help us order and explain to us that each entree is big portions enough to feed multiple people so we wouldn't over order food! Our server was really sweet and one of the best servers I have had! I would highly recommend anyone to try this place especially if you love Italian food!

Atmosphere is very comforting, feels like you're in Italy. Building is beautiful and filled with so many unique and interesting artwork. Food is absolutely delicious!! Service was excellent as well. All in all very satisfied with my dinner experience. Highly recommend to others to enjoy!!!
