Ordered the calimari and was disappointed. Everything was over priced. Great atmosphere but that was about it.

Had such a great stop at this historic Saloon. The margaritas are second to none and we met so many friendly guests at the bar. The bartender was efficient and seriously entertaining and hospitable!

Very pleasant experience here. The food was amazing! Very tasty, flavorful, and full of variety. I ordered the plaza platter and would highly recommend! Service was awesome as well!

This is my review from last summer:
Great atmosphere and service! Before our food came, I noticed something different about this place. There were no salt or pepper shakers. When the food came, I found out why. I had the sample Plaza Platter and everything on it was the best I've ever had, with no need for extra seasoning. My wife had the Steak Frites and thoroughly enjoyed it. If you visit Albuquerque, don't miss eating here!
Update from summer 2017:
This time we had the New York Strip cooked to perfection. This was the best steak I have ever eaten. It was perfectly seasoned on the outside and melted in my mouth. There are now salt and pepper shakers on the table, but they were not needed.

Beautiful restaurant and beautiful staff! From the outside it doesn't look like much, but the building is over 200 years old. If you want dinner at a legendary place go no further. Classic southwest meals found in the old town area. Staff is very professional and great. Absolutely beautiful interior in a classic setting. Definitely a top 10 place to dine in Albuquerque. Look forward to returning here the next time me and the wife return to Albuquerque.
