Experience was perfect. Our server NEVER let our drinks get empty, she was always coming back to the table to check up on us and see if we needed anything, and she took our order right away. Fast and freindly service. This was by far the best experience we have ever had at red lobster. Thank you chong.

Ordered LOBSTER dinner and dessert for TAKEOUT. Ready in 15-20 minutes, as promised. Plain old steamed Maine Lobster was DISGUSTING (details below). Host, waitress were ok, bartender (where carryout is conducted) very pleasant. Not many customers at 4 pm on Sunday. I love the atmosphere, private booths, very clean.
Only problem was the food. Everything was room temperature at pick-up. The lobsters ($30) were either old or undercooked: the little tags of meat in legs were disgusting, mushy; the tail was chewy; the claws were ok; lots of slimy, white stuff inside the entire lobster.
Really disappointed as this was a special occasion and my husband had never eaten lobster before. This easy-to-please man had nothing good to say, didn't even finish his cheesecake. Oh well, an expensive learning experience.

Visited recently. They were understaffed our waitress barely came to our table. Ordered fish and chips which was dry and inedible. Told Waitress and she brushed us off and called us a liar.

We went for lunch and split the quick Sailors platter. It was amazing with garlic mashed potatoes, fried shrimp, shrimp Scampi and flounder. Comes with a ceasar salad. Our server was awesome. In and out in 30 minutes, loved it.

Great experience. Service was outstanding. Food was absolutely fantastic and piping hot, just the way I like it. The meal finished off a busy day. Thank you!!!!
