Saw this place on an episode of Breaking Bad and had to track it down. Darn glad I did. I'm a transplanted Texan and you probably know how we are about our Tex-Mex. Well, this is as close as you can get to Tex-Mex outside of Texas. Food is the way it should be: hot, fast, cheap...and most of all, GREAT. I always look for holes in the wall to try. This one qualifies, but don't let the looks put you off. Really great food!

This is an adorable hole-in-the-wall with amazing, freshly made food. The portions are generous and the prices are low. The staff are always happy to help and very courteous. What else could you possibly want?

Albuquerque's hidden gem of Mexican food. Wow. Quality of food is really good. Same with presentation, but it is a hole in the wall! And amazingly good

The food here is good with a low price and big portions. Red Chile extra hot Chile is one of the hottest Chile's in town. Service is always good and complimentary chips and salsa.

I love taco salad it's authentic and simple the menus not complex and the food is great. It's a mom and pop type restaurant with friendly service. Id take this place over el-pinto, el-patron and all the fancy ones.
