One gentlemen at the uptown location was less than accommodating. Went in there with a problem, and he seemed bothered by my asking for help.
We left because of his unwillingness to work with us, went to the Coronado location (kiosk) and found Stephen, who was beyond helpful and friendly. Definitely doing all our future business at the Coronado locations.
