We had an outstanding experience with this small family owned business! My husband and I rode with our two children (almost 5 and 7). Our pilot Morgan, a 30year veteran with a perfect safety record, was enthusiastic and loved sharing his stories; his staff (two others) were professional and friendly, and all the "little things" made for a memorable day... van and trailer with their logo to drop off & pick up, we got to help set up & pack up the balloon, everyone was super nice to the kids, little snacks at the end of the flight, cute shirts and hats (optional), etc
I don't think you'd like this particular style of service if you were looking for "romantic", or for a more distant/touristy style...but you'll love it if you just want to have fun and learn more about ballooning! =)
Worth the money, a once in a lifetime experience!

This is a great ride! Safety is their priority and they make balloon flying a super experience
