I have been disappointed by the quality of service in this animal clinic.
My dog was diagnosed with heart worms at the request of her trainer. They never screened the dog for such condition and I am ending up with at least 2K in medical bills for the dog.
I left her for boarding and she had diarrhea. They sent her home soiled with stool.
When I inquired about it, they said they could not wash her because she fought them.
When I asked how come the stools were not tested for parasites or infection, they said that my husband and I wanted the dog back home. They could have instructed us to collect a stool sample at home and bring it back to be tested.
I don`t recommend this place. People seem not to know what they are doing and they seems not to care.

They have been so wonderful every visit we have had through the years! They got rid of my kitty's ringworm, they helped my dog feel better, and they recently walked us through putting our dog to sleep. They were gentle and kind and helped us feel like we were doing what was best for our dog. They even sent us home with a card and his paw print. I couldn't be more thankful for the services they've provided my fuzzy babies!

A far better experience than at St. Francis Animal Clinic (see my review of them if you're curious). Dr. Berry and the technician who helped her -- sorry, didn't get her name! -- gave us a far better grasp of what the options were for our cat's stomatitis. It didn't seem as hopeless as the other clinic made it out to be. Professional, kind, and courteous people all around. Did everything they needed to for a check up -- took weight, temperature, examined her physically, and even referred us to a dental specialist who will be in contact with us shortly so we can make an appointment. In short, they actually wanted to help. Thank you Dr. Berry. You were very helpful.
