Very rude and unprofessional. Came to neuter my dog with an appointment and they tell me they can't due to his leg that has already been checked out by another vet. When I told them that they gave me attitude and said I cannot neuter my dog and the vet will not he seeing my dog. They have no explanation as to why they couldn't and I'm sure it was cause of my dogs leg which (if they looked over his files) could have seen that it has been checked out. Don't recommend newcomers going here but it seems repeat customers are treated well. .

Totally screwed up paperwork with someone elses name so my kittens now belong to a drug addict with bad credit. She had my phone number and I get calls for her weekly. They insist I drive back and stand in line for an hour to get my corrected paperwork! They refuse to mail it. Correct information given to them twice! Do not open or answer phone in a timely manner. I guess you get what you pay for.

The staff is friendly & the prices are affordable. It gets busy so it's best to go early. I got my two kittens vaccines!

I took my 10 week old kitten to get her 1st vaccinations. The wait time was so quick and the vaccinations were super affordable. Dr. Keppers was very enthusiastic and gentle with my baby!

There seems to be a lot of negative reviews about the receptionist at the front desk, followed by a response that it will be addressed. So far, it does not seem that any action was taken to resolve these issues.
My new kitty "Jaws" had his 1st visit here for vaccines in 2010, and later on that year for neutering. The vet seemed nice and got the job done with no problems. Since then, Jaws has had a nail trim and a wellness check. The lady vet, Dr. Duffin, poor thing, who did the wellness check was suffering from several health issues and needed help just getting in the building, besides being very, very late for our appointment. During the checkup, my kitty became so nervous he had a bowel movement on the examination table. This lady vet was totally incapable of handling my kitty and had to rely on staff members to help her with the checkup and vaccines. Since that experience in 2015, we have not been back.
I would like to have a dental cleaning done in the fall, but I want to know and see reviews about the vet that will perform the procedure.
Jaws is 7 years old and has received a birthday card every year from Vetco since 2010. This action is very nice and we appreciate it.
I hope Dr. Duffin has since retired!
