Our past experiences have been very good. Due to it being a surgical center, sometimes doctors run late or get hung up at another hospital longer than expected. But the surgery center is very professional and has a great system of updating the patient and family. Waiting areas are clean and quiet with TVs along the walls. Surgery center is clean and well kept inside and the staff is absolutely amazing. Seriously, I usually tell people to go straight to Houston if they are able to for a major medical disaster. Central Louisiana Surgical Center is the only facility in CenLa that has offered us the same quality of care for the patient and family that we saw in Houston.

Appointment was for 9am. Didn't go back till past 11am. Had some issues with the propofol and the recovery nurses have no clue what the side effects of propofol are. They were supposed to have injected lidocaine before the propofol, but they didn't even give it time enough to work. I was writhing in agony until I went unconscious. Worst experience ever.

I was just released today and I must say that the staff and facilities were nice. Nurses Jill and Martha did a wonderful job and I can't remember the name of my tech from last night, I think her name was Constance, but she was amazing as well. Couldn't ask for better service. Thank you.

They mixed up my appointment for an mri and the receptionist in radiology was very rude about it.

I just want to tell you all this place is the bomb They take real good care of me and they were always checking on me the staff from the time I got there til the time I left someone were checking on me and the tech name Brenda kept me with a smile on my face all the nurses were awesome 👏 know what to do and knows how to care for a person all I can said is they spoil me and to Dr. Buck who checked on me thank you 😊 so much and to the main man Dr. Randall he did the surgery thank you 😊 I feel good 😊 lots of😘😘😘😘😘😘😘and thank everyone who help me from the time o got there to the time I left thank you Miss Duncan and thank you Mr. Thomas who live not far from me thank you and MY Jehovah God bless you abundantly
