I am truly grateful to the staff at Riverside they went out of their way to help make my dad comfortable. very nice hospital will defiantly recommend to others.

Such a wonderful experience! The staff was friendly and went above and beyond for the care of my mother. Will highly recommend this LTCH facility to others!

Staff during the day...AweSoMe!!! I couldn't ask for a better team. Evening staff...BEWARE!!!!! I am in the nursing field, and I was so embarrassed for the NON quality of care. An hour of being told "I will be right there", only 2 find out she was not an RN and could not give meds. Hello, have you heard of a NAME BADGE!!!! or telling someone an hour ago!!! No wonder everyone is all confused about who is who. Really???? So where is the RN???? The two RN's are busy doing rounds and admits??? So an hour and 1/2 later!!, the RN comes to the room. Gives my dad his nausea med in his PICC line, and does not "Scrub the Hub"!!!!...I'm like HELLO!!! And her response, "I don't have any alcohol wipes on me." I'm not a floor RN. I'm an operating room RN. But even I know that's a BIG NO NO!!!! I have now educated family and friends on basic RN 101. Fingers crossed he gets better.

This place is horrible is all I can say!!! If you take your love ones here you better not turn your back! I can write a novel about this rehab!!! Shame on you if you leave your love ones in their care!
