I have been with this company since 2009. They have become the worst insurance company ever! Everytime I go the door is locked because they're on lunch and its always at random times! I can't deal with a company that's not reliable anymore! Taking my business elsewhere!

Very Bad customer service! Rude associates! Don't care about their job or the customer. They lie, hang up on you, always put you on hold, keeps transferring you, and not to mention very ignorant on performing their job. One star because they are low costly but in the end are they really! Worse experience! Pay the extra money for better, reliable, friendly, safer service!

I have been with USAgencies for almost three years. I was switched over to Affirmative by the company at the beginning of my third year. My policy with Affirmative wasn't supposed to end until August of 2016. I received a call in March of 2016 that the Affirmative was going bankrupt and that I would been to choose another company inside of their company. I went into the local office in Alexandria, Louisiana on Saturday 4/9/2016. After waiting 5 minutes while the worked gossiped on the phone about another working who was planning on quitting she then assisted me. I made sure I was very clear about my due date remaining in the middle of the month due to my pay dates at work and other bills I have due at the end and beginning of each month. She assured me it wouldn't change. After taking my payment and printing out paperwork, I then realized while signing the paperwork that my dude date was showing as the 2nd of every month. When I noticed that I asked for the policy to be canceled due to her not keeping her promise with my due date. The worked told me it couldn't be canceled on a Saturday and that I would need to come in the office that coming Monday. On 4/11/2016 I went into the office, my cancellation paperwork was already printed. I signed it and was told my payment would be returned in the form of a check on 30 to 45 days. Weeks later (today) I received a package in the mail with policy "MY" number and the due date of my payment (5/2/2016). I called the customer service number on the letter and a nice young lady told me the policy was future dated to start on 4/21/2016 and since it was canceled before it started I should have received my refund within 3 to 5 business days on my card, but whoever canceled it didn't cancel it correctly and that is why it is taking 30 to 45 days to get my refund. The rep escalated it over to her supervisor and I'm in the process of waiting on the results. I was also told by the rep that the reps in the local offices get commission on the new policy the do......It all made sense to me then! I am very disgusted with that worker and her work ethic. I will NEVER recommend anyone to get insure with this company.
