I would highly suggest going in to order takeout and not getting delivery. Every time I've ordered delivery it's been wrong. However once I went inside to order and there were no employees at the counter or in the kitchen. I waited for about 5 minutes and 4 employees suddenly came out of the back room. Other than that service was prompt and pizza was made correctly.

Extremely horrible. Period!! After 4-5 orders placed on line and by phone, at my local Domino's, I've discovered that customer service is NON existent . I'm the easiest person to appease. And placing an order is a breeze. However, picking up an order at the "on line" or "verbal " stated times is a joke. Parked in line at the drive thru for 27 minutes after receiving an email that my order is ready, (40 minutes earlier) is a bit unacceptable as far as I'm concerned. While the employee at the window is holding a conversation with some Guy that just placed an order at the drive-through and my food is cold, I still wait another 22 minutes after getting there and 47 minutes after my on line confirmed time for pick up!!!!

After ordering two large pizzas, I realized all I had was 2 100 dollar bills. I called them back to ask if they could bring my change. This manager gets on the phone and says in the rudest voice, " I specifically remember you sir the last time you ordered all you had was a hundred dollar bill and I will not accept another 100 dollar bill." I then brought to his attention that I just moved here a week ago and never have ordered from his Dominos. He said he specifically remembered my address from the last time I paid with a hundred dollar bill. Wow I did not know people were tied to an apartment for an eternity. He doesn't have to worry about MY 100 dollar bills ever again. Shane hang up the apron you are not restaurant material. There is a proper way to handle everything and you failed miserably. Papa John's gladly accepted my Benjamin Franklin.
