Came across this restaurant by accident. But everything happens for a reason. When I seen the food is damn good I mean it's damn good... If you don't believe me try it out for yourself

I got the sliced beef meal. The portion of beef was terrible. There was one slice 1/3 inch thick that was maybe 4 inches by 2 inches. There was 8 more pieces 1/3 thick and only 3/4 inch wide by 4 inches long. Of this 1/2 was pure fat. If I had been eating in I would have asked if this was the normal portion/serving. But since it was a to-go plate and I didn't have time to return I just ate it. For $9.93 meal I should have been full....but I believe I was served the child's meal and paid adult price. The fried okra was awesome and I am glad I got two sides since the meat portion would have left me starving. There wasn't enough meat to even put on a bun for a sandwich A very disappointing experience.

We stopped in for a bit to eat while traveling and I'm sure at the start of a day the food is fabulous. Best part of the meal fresh fried okra and Potato casserole was super delish. Beef brisket, smoked turkey was really nice full of flavor. Not completely dissatisfied Pull pork and smoked chicken (leg quarter) were dry with great flavor dipped in the yummy BBQ sauce and it was eatable. Plain baked beans and fresh warmed rolls (no butter) offered or available. The SWEET TEA is super sweet and the Lemonade tart. I will try again but I think it will have to be earlier in the day ... mor 7 pm Saturday night.
