The food was not the best and my pancakes we're hard and flat. The wait staff we're all very nice, helpful and attentive to our needs.

It was Halloween night. The wife, Sister in law and I took the little one in for some spooky pancakes. There was a line. Understandable. (Other than over half of the tables were set and open, maybe short on staff?). When our name came up we where promptly seated and the server was with us right a way. Server got drinks out and took our order in just a few minutes. We ended up waiting almost an hour for our food (to start out with). Before that we could hear our server getting short with the kitchen staff about stuff being missing from table 47 (I think it was). 10 min or so after that. Server came out with our order with every thing we order, other than every thing my wife ordered. (Her order was the last one on the ticket.) The server apologized for the wait and that the computer was messing up in the back and put the order on two tickets. (?) Even though the table right after us got there food before my wife. The food was average for IHOP. Not one of our better visits to the Alexandria La. IHOP.

This IHOP has the worst customer service imaginable. It seems they believe that customers need them, not the other way around. If you want to be ignored, demeaned, Totaly disregarded as A Patron who is spending there money . Go to the IHOP in Alexandria, LA. I bet when Waffle House open up they'll get right. In the mean time it's worth the drive to Pineville to HUDDLE HOUSE

As much as I am in love with this place, my last visit I sat and waited for a server, who actually was serving the table right in front of me, for 15 minutes to greet me ask if I wanted a drink. Something, Anything! I left almost in tears. It will take a lot for me to revisit them again

Long wait, almost 20 to be seated, another 15 minutes to order almost 30 minutes or longer to be served. Service was Gracious but I did not expect the food to take this long. We ordered omelet ( serving was a small, not as seen in the menu) the sampler, included small pieces of ham, the bacon and sausage was ok, eggs were cold. I won't he going back soon. On 1 note, I dined there 4 months ago, the food and overall service was fair, the IHOP in Belton , Missouri is much better.
