Took a while to get our good but all was good except for the half chicken. That was a bit dehydrated. Sent it back and got another .. dryer than the first.

Call in orders should be handled as a regular dine in customer. Waiting 50 minutes to only walk to kitchen to find out order hasn't been even put in. Four customers waiting no one assisting while kitchen is not prepped with clean dishes or dinner rolls. Better prep and order would help! Very disappointed in not only service but kitchen! Corporate should make a visit.

Waited 15 min, and then went to front and asked to be transferred to different section. Girl upfront took order(thank you). Bad experience

My Friend her Daughter and I went there for Supper tonight. I have never seen that place so empty. My Friend's Daughter ordered a Appetizer which was never brought out. After waiting which seems like a life time the Server finally brought out our Salad. Still no Apperizer, my Friends Daughter ate her Salad then the Server asked her do you want your Appetizer now and she said no not now after I've already eaten my Salad. I ordered a 12 oz Ribeye and it wasn't nothing but fat. I asked the Server to have the Manager come over. She never came so I finally had to go ask for her to come over. I showed her my Steak, she said I'll get you another one. She said I could go ahead and eat my Vegetables I told her no I want some fresh hot Veggies when my Steak comes out. About 30 minutes later the Server brought out my Steak she asked me to see if that one was better. It was so tough I could not cut it. I told her I wanted to see the Manager again. After waiting and waiting the Manager finally came over I told her I could not eat that Steak either. I told her I didn't want another Steak. Had a nice visit with my Friend and her Daughter but the rest of it was the most horrible experience I've ever gotten there. They both apologize that I didn't get to enjoy my food. I told them them it wasn't their fault. At this point I don't plan on ever going back to Logan's again.
