My friend politely told them her order was wrong and the management and staff was extremely rude to her. Extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. This needs to either change or the establishment should be shut down,in the meantime,go elsewhere.

I ordered a pizza and it was suppose to have extra cheese and light on the sauce. It was a pepperoni pizza with hamburger. I called and talked to the manage and she said she would put in the computer for me to get a free on. It was thin and crispy. It was hard and no extra cheese. It looked like it had been cooked yesterday. I called and ordered my free pizza and I told her what I ordered. She said she would have to charge me for the extra cheese. What? So got there to pickup the half pepperoni and half hamburger. It was all hamburger. She said that was the way I ordered it. Uh no it wasn't. Yhusband was in the car and he said I ordered half and half. I will never go back there again. No wonder there is never many cars there.

When they are on time they're awesome.... but there have been SEVERAL TIMES our orders are anywhere from 15-45 min late. Once my husband's order wasn't even put in and the kid told him it was because they were closing, although the order was taken. Like I said, awesome food... just bad timing.
