My wife wanted Pappasito's dinner for her birthday. Simple enough request. We were greeted, shown to a table, and waited 17 minutes without a single waiter or anyone else coming to our table. What an epic fail in service!!! We took our dinner plans elsewhere.

Apparently this company allows employees to sit, terrorize, and harass people from their cell phones to people at home. They were very agitated with me for even reporting it and more concerned with a person threatening violence. Ill never be eating here again.

Ate on the patio which was very comfortable even though it's 90+ degrees out.

The chips and salsa were plentiful but not my favorite. Service was outstanding.

Had the fish taco which was good but not the best.

Place is known for fajitas. A person in our group ordered the steak and shrimp. The shrimp were HUGE and outstanding. Recommend the shrimp fajitas!

Great food! Great drinks! Awesome service! And the food was phenomenal! It was very crowded on Mother's Day but we were made very comfortable during our amazingly short wait. Staff and management seemed to work together very well to make the restaurant run smoothly and all patron's experiences a happy and tasty one!
