By far the worst experience I have had in any restaurant establishment. The only decent part of our visit was the seating. Our drink were ordered promptly and we ordered an APPETIZER. We waiting a LONG :( 27 MINUTES before it finally came. It was only the spinach and queso dip. As we seen everyone else eat and getting their order served (we put an order first) we are still to have anything. Finally came out and it was cold :( from the time we ordered to the time when we got it served the waiter was NO WHERE to be found. Our entree came 14 minutes after our appetizer came. The chicken was salty. The streamed broccoli was cold and dry. Our first refill took about 11 minutes after we sat the empty glasses on the edge where it could be seen. We felt like we were forgotten about the entire night. I am very upset and discouraged from ever come back to this place or any TGIF establishments. Just flat out disappointment. No apology. No thank you. Wow ;(

Don't waste money on drinks here, a $6 cocktail contains 2oz of alcohol and 6 oz of ice.
Food is bland and over cooked, portions are comically small, and food is just sloppily put together.
Came in hungry, took a few bites, lost my appetite.

I was VERY impressed with our service this evening! We sat at the bar & we had the best service! Every single bartender was very attentive to us all night & all of them had the best attitude! They always talked to us with smiles on their faces! The manager was going around to all the tables making sure everyone was ok & had what they needed! The atmosphere was awesome! I would highly recommend this place & will definately be back!

Wonderful experience every time we go there. Great food even better service. Friendly staff very clean establishment. Food is always hot and delicious. A must for family dinner out.
