Absolutely terrible experience! You are in the industry of sales and customer service, if you don't want to help your customers and give good service, get a job in a different field! New Assistant manager was terrible, awful experience at the store on EastChase Parkway in Fort Worth. Closing my card account with this company and will not step foot in a another Avenue store again. If I could give this a store a zero, I would! Don't shop here, go to Lane Bryant where they care about their customers and give great service!

Horrible customer service. Refuses to take responsibility for poor quality of clothes and other items. Would give a lower score if possible.
