All the issues that never get fixed and when fixed the person Jay chooses fixed with old used parts that break again. The roaches, bedbugs, and annoying police intimidation that constantly occurs even when you are just running across the street to get something at quick trip! Police intimidate by circling in cars even to the point of turning lights on and pulling up beside you, just to scare you then drive off. It's made it uncomfortable to be here, the tenants are tolerable just crazy but police are overbearingly intimating, no one ever addresses that issue I probably fear police now than any tenants!
