Kellie is a blessing from the insurance Gods!!! She is so helpful and takes the time to listen to your needs in order to find the best policy that works for you! Agents like her take all the hassle out of "dealing with the insurance company". If Kellie isn't your agent, your wasting money and haven't experience true customer service!!!

Great rates and great customer service. Ask for Kellie she saved me over $1000 a year between my home and auto policy. She is very knowledgeable in all of the products they offer I also switched my camper and ATV insurance over to her. I referred friends and family to her and she saved everyone one of them money.

I was unable to get service from my long time Farmers agent for storm damage. Finally got the issue resolved. We went to Shane Ferrell who was able to get us Better coverage for Less money. Attention to detail & followup made the customer experience worth making the change. Customer Service rep Kellie Hiuff is a pleasure to work with & has the customers needs on the front of the priority list. She and the agency are the reason we will be staying with Shane Farrell.
