Very shocked at the poor customer service. Arrived and saw multiple (10 within site) tables available but was told 30 minute wait due to large parties taking waiters time, but could sit anywhere in bar top if we chose. We saw a table open and as my wife and I went to be seated, we were promptly met by the rude bartender who said “can’t you read it says reserved?” Shocked I was approached in that way I replied with “oh the hostess said we can sit anywhere and even mentioned this table” which then I was told “yeah clearly it’s marked and you should find somewhere else”....That should of told us to leave. Still keeping an open mind as this was our first visit we sat at the bar and get the same rude bartender (my fault on sitting bartop). Once greeted a flip switched and she was bubbly and got us our drinks and food. Spinach was meh at best and my southwest wrap would only be able to stay intact if I had the hands of a nba 7 foot player. Fell apart even as I took out the stick, the taste was good not great. While sitting there a Togo order showed up to pick their meal up. The order was wrong and the customer nicely stated I ordered two of these not one. Can we make sure I get charged for it and get it. The bartender replied “ma’am I didn’t take the order but let me go over here and put it in” with some snootiness. Overall I probably wouldn’t ever come back and will definitely be telling others to choose elsewhere. It’s a shame really. I had high hopes for this establishment.

This is a nice restaurant, however, the service was poor. The food was an hour wait after ordering and the waitress was not friendly. She seemed very unhappy to be at work. Once the food finally arrived, it was not as ordered. The waitress brought sauces to the table so that I could fix the food up myself. That’s not good customer service and after loving this place for several years, I will not ever return to this location. I didnt ask for the manager since I feel that everyone deserves their job but the unfriendly waitress sent him over anyway after I informed her that did not want the plate and would just like to send it back (it had not been touched) and have it removed from my tab. The manager was attempting to be accommodating, however, after the long discussion of what happened and why I was dissatisfied, he offered to get me something else. I chose nothing else and really just wanted to leave. They were both very condescending and rude. I will not return.

Stay in bar for lunch and came back for dinner. The food and staff are great! Chicken salad and Houlihan burger.

Personally, I was Disappointed. Veggie burger literally began falling apart because it was undercooked. Parents enjoyed their meals, staff was sweet , restrooms were clean. Shrooms were good!

Came for lunch (before noon) and got the soup/salad with entree combo. Atmosphere was nice and service was good. It was not busy at all and the food was great. The sweet potato linguine was interesting to say the least, but a must try if you've never had it. Prices are good compared to the service and setting. Would return.
