Visited this location on Sunday, Oct 29th around 2 p.m. It was the first time to visit and looked forward to trying out their menu options.
I approached the counter to place an order. There was a man behind the counter sitting down and staff standing around in the lobby area. I waited to be greeted so that I could place my order, however the man just kept staring at me and working on his computer. After several minutes, he called for a staff member from the lobby to come take my order. Not impressed so far.
When it came time to pay, I wasn't paying attention at first, but he stated $20.42. I gave him only a twenty, not catching that he stated it was $20.42. He looked at the twenty, then he slammed it down on the counter. Made me very uncomfortable, as he wasn't saying anything.
I took my twenty, left the restaurant and went elsewhere. Where I was acknowledged and treated as I should have been in the first place.

I have been looking forward to having Dim Sum for a LONG time and when I found this place, I though awesome... I would finally get to try these tasty dumplings and little yummy filled pockets of stuff. Unfortunately, all I found was four different (I decided to try four instead of just one type of dim sum) tasteless, bland, and in the case of the shrimp filled ones, disgusting food items. I really tried to like them, but then I called a friend, who said real dim sum should be DELICIOUS no matter what kind you get. Also, there is NO way I would EVER get the live crab or lobster as the tanks had the DIRTIEST water in it! I am really surprise they haven't had any die already... or they have and just haven't cleaned out the tank, to which I wouldn't be surprised at all. Very disappointing.

First time trying out this place and how they serve your Dim Sum is off the menu. You get s menu and tell them what you wants and they bring the food to you. No one is pushing the cart like most traditional Dim Sum restaurants. Also we told them that we like to get this one particular dish and they never bring it to us and we keep repeating several time to them. We just ended up not telling them anymore and done with the lunch. Service was not that impressive. Will not recommended.

The visit to this restaurant with my family was awesome as the atmosphere was different from the traditional restaurant. The endless service to fresh and delicious vegetable made this place a unique experience for my family. It is interesting to note that though the wait to get a seat was a little long, it was worth it as the awesomeness of the service employees make the restaurant a place I will recommend to friend and family. Needless to add that the i will need to take my carry-out dish the next time I visit.
