Experience was HORRIBLE!! Waiter didn't get my friend's order right they carded us when we walked in & again when we sat down to order drinks, my cousin's order was wrong & when the manager was told about it instead of remaking her order he told her that the side item she wanted would take awhile so her food would probably be cold instead of accomadating her with a FRESH & CORRECT meal. Also when leaving, my bestfriend wrote on the ticket, "Gotta do better about the service" the waitress CONFRONTED us about it rudely and very unprofessionally, when we went to speak to the manager about this horrible incident all he did was say " oh sorry about that" like it was normal, he did not confront the waitress nor did he refund us for the food WE PAID FOR, due to the inconvenience of his staff!!!! I will NEVER again step food in this establishment! Poor, disrespectful service & HORRIBLE management.

This location is not like the Highlands. The waitress/bar attendant was rude and semi sarcastic and the food was under cooked. I had sweet potatoe fries that was still hard in the middle. I will not patronize this location ever again!

Excellent Food and service. During our week stay in Arlington our baseball team visited 3 times with a group size of 25+ each visit. The service was great and the food was delicious. The waitstaff and manager did a wonderful job at handling our large group. Very friendly and service with a smile. Will definitely eat here again on our next visit to Arlington!
