Food delicious but the service of one young lady was terrible it was like she was rushing me out then I looked at my order and she forgot some of my food

Always good but beware of the cups for soft drinks and tea. They have changed to see-through cups that are as thin as it is possible to make and if you put ice and a liquid in them and try to pick them up they bend into an oval and the liquid is very likely to spill on you. Maybe This was meant as an upgrade but the net result is very disappointing. This however is no reason to lower the rating.

Always a great place to eat. Great customer service, salad bar, & free ice cream for dessert. Love the spacious dining area.

We came here last Saturday for an early dinner. I kid you not we counted 12 dirty tables. Stacked dishes on each one. There were maybe 4 or 5 tables sat. When my friend and I went to the restroom my husband watched all the workers stand around. How did this place get such a good rating? I managed a restaurant and NEVER would have allowed the place to get that dirty. If we weren't so hungry and tired from our day walking I'd have turned around and left. Disgraceful and lazy. Especially for Jason's deli.

Consistent, quality food at fair prices in a clean atmosphere staffed by friendly staff. We've come to expect nothing but the best from this casual diner and Jason's always delivers. There's a reason there's so many Jason's Delis around the metroplex. Management has obviously discovered the secret to maintaining quality controls on food and customer service.
Free ice cream cones or small bowl of soft serve is a great touch and a signature of how this company cares about their customers. Highly recommend!
