Great tasting sandwiches. I have pretty much tried all places that offer hot sandwiches and by far these are my favorite. The owner has a great attitude, he is always making funny comments to keep the environment friendly. A must try!

This is my mine and my husbands first time here.
One is all I will give the place as of now.
The staff was rude when we were ordering like we were taking too long. My daughter was with us and didn't know what she wanted, and the lady was rolling her eyes huffing and puffing. When she went to make our sandwiches while we were getting our drinks, I turned around to her throwing the bread on the prep tray. She then told us to go sit down. We likely won't be back.

I been here twice now. The owner is super nice and helpful. He doesn't rush you if it's your first time. The food is awesome. It's clean the staff wears gloves. It nice area. Great place for a simple date. Either your first or 100th. It's quite but you still feel like it's okay to talk. People need to come here. Check this place out. For a 10 inch original cheesesteak meal with drink and fries it's 10 bucks with onion rings it's 12. But you will leave full. They have free WiFi too.

The three star rating is for the restaurant as a whole. I'm a fan of this chain and the food really rates four stars. However, three is the most I can give this place.
I'm glad to see from the reviews that I'm not the only one who thinks the owner/manager of this place is the rudest person around. He criticized and yelled at his employees in front of customers. He then came by my table and tried to push his politics down my throat. I don't care if you're red or blue...that's just poor customer service if you want people to come back. My advice? Phone in and get it to go...that way you may only have to listen to about 20 seconds of this obnoxious cretin.
