This is the best pho my girlfriend and I have ever had and we usually go to proper pho places. While it's true that the inside is plain and the tables are optimized for number of seats I won't count that against anyone as that's to be expected at this sort of restaurant.

The best pho soup in Arlington. Affordable great Vietnamese food and drinks. I have been eating here for 12 years, very nice service. You will not regret trying it.

Update 9/14/17: Tried their Pho with beef mix. Amazing! My friend got my favorite vermicelli dish. See me brag about it below in an older post.
Recently, have made this place a regular. Although the atmosphere is a bump down when it comes to ambience, the food makes up the difference. I notched it down a point for the honesty-factor.
I have ordered the shrimp spring rolls and vermicelli with pork, shrimp, and chicken. The flavor is outstanding and I will keep coming back for more.
However, the waiter staff can be more desirable. It is good but not great. And the workers seem like they don't enjoy working there. Otherwise, going there for the food is just fine, just don't expect five-star service.

I'm giving this restaurant 5 stars because the food is so delicious this is my spot for 3 years now! I have visited many viet restaurants and the food doesn't compare to this local spot. The waiters aren't very attentive but I'm more focused on food that tastes homemade. You can't go wrong here!

I have been eating here for 11+ years. From that amount of time, I've seen the service and quality of their food plummet down. Earlier today, I ordered a plate of rice with steak (I think), eggs, and expected the usual plate with cucumber slices and lettuce. However, I told them not to add pickled vegetables, as I didn't like the taste. As my parents and I waited a few minutes for our food, it eventually came out, but my plate had nothing but just rice, steak, and the tiniest fried egg I have ever seen. Unbelievable. As the hostess walked over and asked how we were doing, I anxiously said "We're doing alright," dropping small hints that my plate was not full with the usual items. Didn't even speak a single word about my food. The steak was really dry and bland as well. Would not come here again if I could.
