The most unprofessionally run place I've ever been to. The first time I went in, I had a decent massage and I stupidly let the receptionist talk me into pre-paying for 2 more massages at a very good rate. Well, the reason it was such a good rate is because they must need business. The receptionist is far from adequate and somehow lost my paperwork every single time I went in there. I had to fill it out multiple times. Part of it isn't her fault, she doesn't even have a computer to book appointments on (this is 2014, what business doesn't have a computer?). But, come on, this is simple filing we're talking about. Every time I went in there it was something, a long wait, the receptionist forgetting to tell the therapist that they had a massage at the hour I was scheduled for, no therapist being there to do my massage, etc. Also, about every time I tried to call, I never got an answer. The receptionist hurts their business more than helping it, no doubt about it. I witnessed her asking a person coming out of a yoga class to go and get her a bagel from Starbucks while I was waiting one day. Totally unprofessional!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY, GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!!

I wish I would have read these reviews before my visit. Everyone is exactly right. HORRIBLE place for any type of service. I looked up the website before my official visit and thought "looks nice" however, isn't anything as it seems online! Poor condition location and facility. Went in for my nails and they LITERALLY chipped off on my way out the door! Seems really like an retirement home and just wasn't the best first impression. Walk away, walk away.

Another poor review is hardly necessary, but it should be said that the owner of this establishment has no business running any kind of business. From her personally I received the worst customer service I have literally ever experienced. Ever. Avoid this place at all costs.

Horrible place. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and the lady at the desk said they were running about 15 minutes behind...no problem... I walked around for about 20 minutes and returned. She then said it would be another hour. I said this wasn't satisfactory since this was the SECOND time they did this to me. She said it wasn't her fault? Really? Do NOT come here for anything ! !

Poor-Fair gives them too much credit. They should be flat out POOR. 2nd worst customer service I have received lately. The worst put me on hold for 10 minutes, Beauty and Beyond called me about my 5pm appointment at 4:49pm. Obviously, I was already on my way there. The lady got an attitude with me on the phone then put me on hold for 5 minutes. When she got back on the phone, she told me that she was talking to the nail technician and she had to leave. It's 4:55pm. I'm in the parking lot. I see the nail tech walking out (and it didn't look like she was in much of a hurry). I will never go to Beauty and Beyond again. The place isn't that great anyway. Definitely not worth the hassle or the $25 I spent on the groupon...but I would like my money back.
