Just got a trim by Ryder on Thursday. I have been jaded by other hairdressers in the past, you know the kind - you ask for a trim and they chop off half the length you've worked so hard to grow. Not the case this time! Ryder did an AMAZING job! He cut off the tiniest amount, basically just ridding me of the dreadful split ends. Im normally not the kind to go to the same person more than once for a haircut because I am so often disappointed, but he's got a client for life now!

Completely messed my hair up was supposed to ombré brown to a pinkish gold now my hair has a brown straight line through it and it's red pink. Didn't comb through to blend, line definition. Let intern do half my head and ruined it didn't even check the interns work. She was very nice but horrible job. Dropped dark brown dye on the newly bleached hair I was the one who had to tell them after I waited two minutes to see if they would notice but they didn't. Had to re bleach four spots. When they were done "ombré" it I had to point out that the sides of my head were not even. The hairdresser said the intern was going to watch and ask questions and she was going to tell her what to do but never said she was going to actually work on my hair. Brown spots on the pink. The back looks like a cricked line. Even the side the professional did was not very good. They took 20$ off and asked me to come back Tuesday then charged me 230$. Going back monday DEMANDING a refund. Originally told me at most 215 and it ended up being 250. The pink is not what I wanted at all. I was the one that had to point out when they were trying to get me to leave the there is no blending and a straight line down the side of my head. So mad.

My go to salon whenever i come home to visit. I've been at Burt's for decades and never been disappointed. Highly trained, up to date stylists and the very best products in a beautiful space. Love them.
