Worst experience at Vet ever. When I got there I was led to a room and never checked on. 30 minutes later I left because I could tell they didn't even know I existed. While I was in the room I could hear everything that was going on in the outer area. Employees were laughing and carrying on and clearly had nothing to do. When I told the girl I was leaving she didn't even apologize.

This animal clinic has been such a blessing! I have two kitties and one of them is FIV+. The staff have always been so loving and accommodating. The vets are fantastic as well! I don’t know what I would do with Crossroads Animal Clinic.

It was clean organized and everyone was really calm, nice and understanding. It gives me piece of mind to know that I have a vet to go to if there was ever an emergency.

I took my magic in for her first vet visit and the whole staff was wonderful. She was in a new place and extremely scared but everyone was friendly and handled her with car. I was specific when looking for a Vet because she is so young and I want her to get used to one place... let’s just say we have found her home!

As new dog parents we are really happy with the quality of care we have received. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. Personally the best thing for me has been the ability to call and ask questions and get honest responses. I have never felt that they are trying to get us to pay more money or do anything that we don't feel comfortable with or that we can't afford. Can always get appointments quickly and their hours are convenient.
