Great atmosphere, a lot of tv's, great drinks and food, but the customer service is very subpar. We waited 30 minutes to get 20 boneless wings and that is all we ordered. We were never brought silverware or the ranch that came with it. Hopefully because it's a new place they will work the kinks out but they seemed to be understaffed for a weekend. Hopefully they can turn this around

All 3 of our burgers came out over-charred (and I LOVE char) and perhaps a little under-cooked because of the thickness. I trust that it was safe, it was cooked to about a medium-rare. One of my friend's burgers looked like a hockey puck, the burger should have been flattened more before it was on the grill. Quality of the ingredients was fair, the vegetables weren't the highest quality. Fries were pretty standard, seasoned with salt and pepper. Service was decent, our waiter was nice and we got refills on water regularly.
We spent $5 on these burgers for their special on Tuesday which in an insane deal, but I wouldn't pay full price for anything they offer. I'd say go on a Tuesday and try it out, it's a great deal if they fix the char and have better vegetables. Maybe you will leave disappointed if you had my experience and spent $12 on the same burger.
