Had a great experience with Enterprise! They had a car waiting on me after my insurance company contacted them. There were no problems with the vehicle, they answered my questions and worked with me completely! Definitely happy with my experience!

Great place to rent a car at first, but then it was clear that this business suffers from a systemic internal failure that cascades from the GM Mr. Melendez down to his employees.

First time I rented everything was great.
Second time I rented they never applied the rental to my Plenti card and the special that was running. I extended the rental by two days but on the date of the original rent agreement stated the car to be returned, I got call from Mr. Melendez who stated in a voice mail left two hours after the turn in time on the previous reservation, that he was beginning legal efforts to get the car back even reporting it stolen.
I emailed the address the desk again had given me to send some verification forms and explained I had the car rental extended to which no apology was issued for his crass attitude.
Skip ahead, I have a rental for 4 time. My cost always paid promptly, I dont know why but they went cray Cray. This Car was kept passed original return date but I extended each time w/customer service which later I learn from the store that the two don’t communicate with each other. Needless to say the days go by and I email everyday about setting up a way for the car to be returned. No response.
Long story short I finally did get Mr. Melendez to email with me. He made excuse after excuse. Knowing I couldn’t speak he demanded I calls He ignored. When informed that under a doctors care I was not approved to drive he dismissed it.
For almost two weeks I asked for a copy of the bill to date. I never got one. I asked that they would work with me to pick up the car. All I got from them was more phone calls I couldn’t answer and a run a runaround. It’s been weeks since this debacle and I not once was ever given an invoice or receipt, not once did they answer my requests so I could put payment on my new car. All they did was be rude, crass, unhelpful and then without every attempting to get my correct payment info, sent me to collections.

This place is just awful and It’s because Mr. Melendez doesn’t know how to lead, manage, take ownership, or be accountable for anything. Avoid this Enterprise!

First time renting a car and the process went so smoothly! Staff were incredibly helpful and gave me an upgrade on my car last minute because the one I reserved wasn't optimal for my needs. Friendly and on your side!

I had a very pleasant experience at enterprise. A young keen fellow named Jacob helped me out and was very professional. It was a pleasure doing business with such a stand up and experienced staff. Will be returning in the future.

Everyone was extremely polite from the young man that picked me up to rent the car to Michael who picked me up when I was returning several days later. My vehicle was immaculate and well maintained. When I went to return my car they were a little short staffed with about 4 of us waiting and the gentleman handled it professionally, acknowledging each person as they walked in, apologized for the wait and he would be with them shortly. This location has an awesome staff! Would definitely do repeat business with them.
