Amazing customer service! My husband and I were scouting dealerships for a new car and decided on Heyward Allen Toyota. Robert, the leasing consultant warmly received us and answered all our questions, giving us several options and a nice tour. He even had a playkit for our daughter to keep her occupied! Everybody we interacted with that day was warm, friendly and professional. We got the car we wanted without any hitches. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone wanting to buy a car here in Athens!

10/10 would recommend purchasing your next vehicle from Heyward Allen Toyota. I specifically worked with Scott and Mike on my purchase. They were very knowledgeable and patient. I got burned on my last car purchase (from a different dealership), and they really respected my slow process of decision making. I have had my new car for about a week and I absolutely love it. They have a great selection of New Toyota’s as well as some great used vehicles. Go see my new friends at Heyward Allen.

Honestly I would highly recommend Heyward Allen Toyota! They have a great variety of cars to choose from. We had a really good experience with them and our sales person, Eloy Castillo was a big help. Even though I speak English its just not the same when it comes to translating to my husband. If you speak Spanish and are having to translate for another person just ask for Eloy and he is the correct person to go with. He is just a really happy person explains everything to you really well or even in English he does a really good job.

We have bought 3 cars from Heyward Allen over the past 12 years and we have not been disappointed!! Today Lauren helped me in the service department and she was very thorough and friendly. She listened to all of my concerns and addressed all of them. Every face I saw throughout the facility had a smile and was very welcoming. Impeccable service and obviously we love Toyota’s!!! Heyward Allen will always be our dealership!! Thank you for everything!

I can see why there are so many good reviews about Heyward Allen Toyota. Wow, where do I begin? My sales consultant Joe was amazing. It has been 10 years since I purchased a vehicle and even though I had a limited budget and lived a few hours away, Joe worked with me and made sure every question and concern I had was met. I am thankful that I found him and Heyward Allen to help me make the best decision. I walked away very happy and with a good investment, maybe not for as long as 10 years, but as long as I may need! I will also consider returning to find a car for my mother in another state, as well as telling others about this dealership with the best service. Thank you Joe and Heyward Allen for making this experience the best for me!
