I've been a patient here for a little over two years and I'm always pleased. I have very bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist and they always seem to put me at ease no matter what type of procedure I'm doing. The gentlemen with the dreads and the female with black and brown braids are such a funny team. Will come back for all of my dental needs. If you don't have insurance then they allow you to have a walk in appointment on mondays and thursdays from 12:30 -2:30.

upfront staff very rude will not continue going. Called back to make an earlier appt and was told i was confused and didn't know what i was talking about. I was given a next week appt and the receptionist was telling me there was no appt till November. But when i told her i had appt for Thursday all ready she then said someone must of given me a cancellation slot.But their booked right. Her whole tone of voice was very disrespectful and not one time did i raise my voice or speak to her in that tone. Wont be going back. Thanks for your great service Dr. Dubose wish your up front staff was as great as your services.

I tried to give this place a chance despite the negative reviews that I saw prior to coming. Now the negative reviews have disappeared which is strange. I scheduled an appointment for a root canal and the dentist male assistant was flirting and being very inappropriate. The wait took about an hour even though I had an appointment. The dentist himself was nice but was a bit pushy when I asked to be told prices before any work was done. He tried to numb me and I had to physically sit up and ask him to stop so that I could know exactly what was being done first. The first visit was only suppose to be x-rays to make sure I needed a root canal. So, they did the first part of the root canal. I made another appointment for a few weeks later. Today, I had to wait over an hour before they even could see me. I decided to leave, there is no reason I made an appointment for 9:30 and it's 10:30 and I'm still waiting. When the woman up at the front told me I was next they still called other patients before me. I'm disappointed and I will be finding another dentist to work on my teeth. If you have hours to waste and are absolutely desperate, then this is the place for you! I however, am a soon to be college graduate who expects professionalism.

Was hurting bad when I walked in luckily it was a walk in first come first serve day.even though I had to wait a few hours it was well worth it.no other dentist would see me for a least a week out.he got me back there pulled my tooth and I was good to go. He was truly a blessing that day.

This Is the best dentist I've ever been to. I get so scared every time I have an issue with one of my teeth,but going to Dr. Dubose office is calming. His assistants are so friendly, and if they know you're really scared they'll hold your hand. Dr. Dubose is gentle and kind, and he has your teeth done in no time. I would highly recommend this practice.
