Dr. Rossi is a good Dr, and I can appreciate his no- nonsense bedside manner (which may be considered brusque by some). I LOVE that he can do Laser Therapy on my sons ingrown toenail, which is why we drove an hour. Common treatment for ingrown toenails these days uses chemical acid to prevent future IT. But that doesn't work on my son. Not all 5 times.
I took away one star because the office staff could be more pleasant, and the waiting room is tiny and super quiet. They really need music or something.

The doctor is very quick to tend to your needs and very honest with educating you of your condition giving you options fit for your current situation

Does NOT take Obamacare. Do not come here if you have Obamacare otherwise you will be forced to pay the full bill. Service was ok

I've had longtime issues with my toes and seen various (4-5) podiatrists over the past 5 years about the problem. I was referred to Athens Podiatry by my physician, and they delivered! Very clean, spacious waiting room (though I didn't spend much time there) and courteous receptionist. Dr. Rossi recommended a new procedure that had 95% success rate and explained everything clearly--left the decision up to me. I felt extremely comfortable with him doing the procedure. He frequently asked me if I was sufficiently numb (do you feel this? any pain? etc.), and had my comfort with the experience as a top priority (quite a change from my previous doctors). I didn't feel any pain, which was a relief, and a change from my past experiences. It was a little cheesy, but the doc also kept giving pep talk "you're doing great," etc. during the procedure and needles, but it helped. Anyway, I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a podiatrist and will absolutely return if I ever need one again!
