Food is pretty good but not like it used to be. Our server was super sweet but some of the other staff need work on that area.

This location has gone through a rough patch lately. From the day it opened service was outstanding, the food was made perfectly. Had a slight downfall the past few months poor quality service, very slow kitchen service and poor quality food. The good news is after new management and new staff and a cosmetic remodel to the interior they seem to have turned things around. The food and service are both back to good quality.

This location has ample seating and parking. It gets busy at times, but the space is very welcoming. The service has always been great.

Clean, friend staff, and consistent food. I have eaten at this IHOP several times and always had good experiences.

Glad they improved their hot tea opt-in not being a Lipton bag. But it would be nice to have more than one type. Cook either leaves the whites runny or the yolks overcooked on an over medium egg. It is just ok eating here due to the food. Our server was fine.
